Conçue pour les enfants et les adultes, les experts et les novices, l’intérieur et l’extérieur, l’esprit, le cœur, le corps, cette aventure organisée autour de sept parcours a permis a chacun de s’émerveiller, de se questionner et de faire son propre chemin à travers les visions de 350 artistes et des dizaines de responsable de centres d’art électronique internationaux, d’écoles d’art, de laboratoires de recherche, venus de 42 pays différents, à Belfort, pour 6 spectacles multimédia, 61 installations urbaines, lumineuses sonores et interactives, 30 performances musicales, chorégraphiques, 60 créations numériques, Cdrom, sites Internet, 70 vidéos et 30 animations en collaboration avec les structures culturelles et associations locales….

Premier festival européen d’arts multimédia urbain, 120 artistes multimédias dans la rue, en plein air, en plein hiver.
Dix jours pour découvrir les différents aspects d’une manifestation volontairement hybride, transnationale et pluridisciplinaire.
